How to rebrand a container

Move the source repo on Gitlab

Create an issue under your repo asking for the repo folder and/or name to be changed. Add the Team::CSO and CSO::To Do labels.
Once this is processed, the path for your repo on repo1.dso.mil will be modified.

Modify the "name" property in the hardening_manifest.yaml. This is the path in the registry, excluding /ironbank/. Update any other relevant attributes such as org.opencontainers and mil.dso.ironbank labels in the hardening_manifest.yaml. Push a feature branch with this change and submit a merge request.
Inspect the pipeline logs for the new branch. In the setup stage of the pipeline logs, there will be a failure indicated with a link to create a dsccr issue for VAT access. Click the link and submit the resulting issue.
Once the VAT issue has been processed, the merge request will be processed.
Once the merge request is processed, new images built will appear in the new path in the registry. Old images will not be moved from their previous path.

If maintainers are changing, update the hardening_manifest.yaml with their Gitlab usernames and email addresses. Push a feature branch with this change and submit a merge request.
