P1 License Management

What is P1LM?

P1LM is P1's centralized license tracking and management application.

P1LM provides organizations with a single place to view license availability, assign and remove licenses, manage users, and identify the Onboarding Supervisor responsible for your team.

The initial release supports Mattermost license management for IL2, IL4, and IL5.

Why was P1LM created?

P1LM was developed to standardize license tracking and management across P1.

Previously, organizations relied on manual, inconsistent processes that made it difficult to manage licenses, track utilization, and identify the correct Onboarding Supervisor for access requests. P1LM provides a centralized view of license assignments and availability, helping organizations manage licenses more consistently and giving users greater visibility into their access.

What can I do in P1LM?

What you can do in P1LM depends on your role.

General Users can:

• View assigned licenses by application and IL.

• Identify their Onboarding Supervisor and view available contact information.

• View license availability for assigned teams.

• Access the P1 Support Hub for additional assistance.

Onboarding Supervisors can:

• View purchased and available licenses by team.
• See which users have licenses and their associated IL.
• Add users to assigned teams.
• Assign or remove application licenses.
• Manage other Onboarding Supervisors within their assigned teams.

Get started with P1LM

P1LM is scheduled to launch Monday, 17 August 2026.

Sign in to P1LM.

After signing in:

• Review your assigned team and license information.
• If you are a General User, confirm that your expected licenses are displayed and identify your OS.
• If you are an Onboarding Supervisor, review your assigned teams, users, and available licenses.
