P1LM General User Guide

Use this guide to check your Mattermost license status, identify your Onboarding Supervisor, and get help if you do not have the expected access.

Access P1LM

Sign in to P1LM.

Check your license status

To confirm whether you have been provisioned:

1. Sign in to P1LM.
2. Review your assigned licenses.
3. Confirm that your expected Mattermost license is displayed.

I don't have the license I need

If you believe you should have a Mattermost license but do not see one in P1LM:

1. Sign in to P1LM and confirm your license status.
2. Identify your Onboarding Supervisor.
3. Contact your Onboarding Supervisor to verify your eligibility and determine whether a license is available for your organization.
4. If you cannot identify your Onboarding Supervisor, your organization is not listed, or you believe your organization does not have funded licenses, contact the CST at AFLCMC.HNCX.BAM@us.af.mil for assistance.

Find your Onboarding Supervisor

P1LM displays the Onboarding Supervisor for your assigned team, along with their contact information.

Your Onboarding Supervisor can help verify your eligibility and manage your Mattermost license assignment.

No Onboarding Supervisor is listed

If P1LM does not list an Onboarding Supervisor for your team, submit a request through the P1 Support Hub.

Include the following information when available:

• Organization or application name
• Mattermost group
• P1 account number
