How do I know if I have been provisioned?
Sign in to P1LM and review your assigned licenses. Your licenses are displayed by application and IL.
See the General User Guide for more information.
How do I find my Onboarding Supervisor?
P1LM displays the Onboarding Supervisor for your assigned team, along with their contact information.
See the General User Guide for more information.
What should I do if I don't have a license?
First, check your license status in P1LM and contact your Onboarding Supervisor. If you cannot identify your Onboarding Supervisor or your organization is not listed, contact CST or submit a request through the P1 Support Hub.
What can Onboarding Supervisors do in P1LM?
Onboarding Supervisors can manage users and teams, assign and remove licenses, view license availability, and manage other Onboarding Supervisors.
See the Onboarding Supervisor Guide for more information.
What happens during the Mattermost license transition?
P1 is transitioning Mattermost license management to P1LM over 90 days. Onboarding Supervisors should provision authorized users during the transition, while General Users only need to take action if they are notified that they have not been provisioned.
See Mattermost License Transition to P1LM for the timeline and requirements.
What happens if I am not provisioned by Day 90?
Beginning on Day 90, P1LM becomes the authoritative source for Mattermost license management. Users who have not been assigned a license will lose Mattermost access until a license is assigned.
Where can I find P1LM instructions and training?
User guides, training materials, and demonstrations are available on the P1LM Help Page.
Where can I get help?
For P1LM or provisioning issues, submit a help desk ticket through the P1 Support Hub. For additional assistance, contact AFLCMC.HNCX.BAM@us.af.mil.
