Change Your Display Name

Overview

Your display name is the name shown within supported P1 services.

P1 usernames cannot be changed, and P1 accounts cannot be deleted through the normal user interface due to system requirements. If you need to change the name that other users see, you may be able to update your display name or nickname within the applicable application.

Change your display name

1. Sign in to your P1 Account.
2. Locate your profile or account information.
3. Find the Display Name or applicable name field.
4. Update the field, if editing is available.
5. Save your changes.
6. Sign out and sign back in if needed.

Changes may not appear immediately in every connected P1 application.

If your display name cannot be changed

If the name field cannot be edited, or the correct name does not appear in a P1 application after the update, submit a login support request .

Provide:

• The application where the incorrect name appears.
• A description of the requested correction.
• A screenshot showing the incorrect display name, if appropriate.

Changing your display name does not necessarily change your username, account email, authentication method, or application permissions.
